We are a small privately owned Hotel located in the quiet and friendly village of Dykehead, nestled at the foot of the beautiful Scottish Glens Prosen and Clova. Reaching into the scenic Grampian Mountains, they command spectacular views with a blend of seclusion and serenity that will help make your stay private and memorable.

The Royal Jubilee Arms is ideally situated if you’re interested in visiting historical sites. Dundee, set on the river Tay, is just 30 minutes away by automobile. Perth is only 45 minutes, while Edinburgh and Glasgow are just 90 minutes away. In addition to these cities, we have Glamis Castle just 15 minutes away, Glenshee Ski Centre is 30 minutes drive, and an hours drive through picturesque countryside will take you to Balmoral Castle, our Queen’s holiday home.
